About Robin

Hello Mapleton!

My name is Robin Larkin and I truly hope I can get your support this October as Councillor in the Township of Mapleton.

 

My husband and I are proud to call Drayton home and are deeply grateful for the warm welcome we received from the community. As owners of two successful family businesses in Wellington County, we share a deep appreciation for the hard work, strong connections, and shared values that define this region.

 

 

I bring extensive leadership experience to my candidacy, having served as President of the Centre Wellington Minor Softball Association from 2015 to 2026.

 

 

Through years of board table experience, I understand how thoughtful decisions are made and recognize the importance of listening, collaboration, and inclusive governance. I am running for Councillor because I care deeply about the community and want to be a strong, reliable advocate for you—someone who listens, asks the right questions, and speaks up for every resident.

 

 

 

While I may be a fresh face for municipal office I do hope that you will take the time to get to know me and give me the opportunity to be your Councillor at this upcoming election, Oct 26, 2026.  I strongly believe that your Councillor should be accessible, accountable and transparent to you.
